The Total Ruff-IN solution features a team of technical engineers that are highly trained to interpret the engineering take-off drawings of a project and incorporate them into a room-by-room system of pre-fabricated assemblies and MC cable whips. This solution, which is an ideal fit for projects where unit repetition exists, features a step-by-step process that boasts one of the industry's shortest lead times.
Quotations for Total Ruff-IN opportunities can be turned around in 1-to-5 days, and include features such as ‘total hours estimated to install assemblies', ‘total footage of MC cable quoted', as well as ‘a room-by-room layout of assemblies.'
Each room of a project is boxed and labeled separately, with the first box for every room containing an engineering drawing that depicts where each assembly and whip should be placed within the room. Each assembly and whip is labeled to correspond with this engineering drawing, thus allowing for easy installation.
Projects can be shipped all at once, but the more popular lean option is to ship by floor because it eliminates assemblies sitting on a jobsite over time.
